great location but terrible service experience

The garden view offered a refreshing atmosphere. The check-in process, despite its issues, was quite quick. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated during our stay.

the staff were super helpful and made me feel comfy. had a nice clean room and the bed was cozy. breakfast was served to the room which was a nice touch. it’s quiet and chill, perfect for a short stay. overall, very friendly atmosphere.

A sign outside would help avoid confusion upon arrival, as I mistook it for a hotel instead of a BnB. it had a friendly atmosphere and was quite peaceful.

The small double room felt cramped, and the musty smell made it less than enjoyable. Having to bring our own bedding felt unnecessary, especially when the bathroom usage was scheduled, as if we were in some sort of boot camp. Emergency plumbing issues left the toilet out of order, and the method suggested to deal with that was unsettling. I found the towel situation odd, having to leave them on a stair banister after use, and the running water pressure in the shared bathroom was barely a trickle. The beeping smoke alarm downstairs made it hard to get any real rest. a better functioning shower could really improve the bathroom situation. not the experience we hoped for given the price.

I recently stayed for one night and found the room and bedding very clean. The breakfast was light and fresh, just what I needed before a busy workday. The host was very accommodating, and I appreciated the clear guidelines for keeping the property pleasant for everyone. the numerous rules felt a bit excessive, as it made me feel more hesitant than at ease.
